Diabetic Dessert Recipes for Spring 5: Fruity frozen yoghurt
This is a quick and easy diabetic dessert recipe which is fruity and refreshing, just right for late Spring (or even Summer).
Fruity frozen yoghurt
1 serving½ cup (8 fl oz, 250ml) fruit flavor frozen yogurt
1 slice cantaloupe melon (one eighth of the whole)
10 grapes
Using a melon baller, scoop the cantaloupe flesh into balls and place on a serving dish.
Use the melon baller to scoop the frozen yogurt into balls and add them to the cantaloupe. Slice the grapes and add. Serve.
